Transportation

Bus transportation is available from Toronto. Trip is supervised by the camp's staff. Transportation fee is included in session's cost.

Daily Schedule

No day at DiscoveryLand Camp is routine. However, we follow a model for each day. One night a week is taken for a 1.5-2 hours secure night trip to enjoy the mysteries of the night sky and do wildlife research.

We choose some days for “early bird mornings” to get energy from the sunrise and to meditate. Also if the camper wishes to participate in early bird swimming or other strengthening programs- we are happy to support such a jumpstart on the day. The day’s program determines the rest hours in the afternoon and balances the activities and break time of the campers.

Food

To meet our campres' needs one more snack was added this year. Three nutritional meals plus an afternoon and evenining snacks are provided daily. Each meal is prepared with fresh ingredients. Drinking water is readily available throughout the campsite and it has been governmentally approved.
